Florida travelers can now use the travel agency Uber and Lyft to get around, but it’s still a long, hard trip.
A new order that came into effect Saturday bars US citizens from traveling to Mexico or Canada and bars the government from restricting travel between the two countries, the Associated Press reports.
The ban affects all US citizens except for Americans who are US citizens and lawful permanent residents.
But as of Saturday afternoon, the US was still open for business.
Uber and other ride-sharing services have been allowed to operate as normal, and Lyft has been able to provide services to travelers.
Lyft has more than 10 million active drivers in the United States, according to the company’s website.
