Piedmono Travel Group is closing its doors as the company has been unable to find new partners to support the company.
The move is part of a broader restructuring at the Canadian travel company.
In January, Piedmo announced the closure of its travel agency in Ottawa and the closing of its hotel and car rental businesses in Vancouver.
Piedmonos decision to close all of its services comes amid a larger restructuring that began in February, with the sale of the hotel and rental business to Canadian Express and the purchase of its corporate offices in Toronto and Calgary.
The company said in a statement that it will focus its attention on its travel business and will continue to provide services for its customers.
“Piedmont is a family owned, family operated travel agency based in Canada,” said the statement.
“We have over 300 years of combined experience in the travel industry and will remain in Canada and its surrounding communities.
We will continue our efforts to bring the best service to our loyal clients.”
The company’s website lists PiedMono as one of its clients, but the company declined to say which.
In a statement, a spokesperson for PiedMONO said the business is not shutting down but that the “time for business has passed.”
The spokesperson added that PiedMO will continue its efforts to grow and enhance its services and that it is looking to expand its services to additional markets.
